Regular sessions
In our run club we use running and physical fitness as a tool to teach empowerment concepts that most kid programs don't directly work on. Our lessons are open to kids of all fitness levels and are designed to help them develop a growth mindset by pushing themselves to do their best. Practices are divided into four main areas:
1. Warm up and discussion
2. Drill of the day
3. End of class fun game
4. Cool down and review
We want children to leave our practices both sweaty and smiling!
Ages: 6-14 years (Younger siblings are welcome)
